By using Masajidna, you agree to use the platform lawfully and respectfully. Mosque administrators must provide accurate information, keep account access secure, and publish only content they are authorised to share.

Prayer and mosque information

Prayer times, iqama times, facilities, announcements, and mosque details are supplied by participating mosque teams. Route and Catch Prayer estimates are planning aids, not guarantees. Users should confirm time-sensitive information with the mosque when necessary.

Route information

Customer 1.1 and later Catch Prayer route distance and duration may be provided by Mapbox using OpenStreetMap data. Your use of that route information is also subject to the Mapbox Terms of Service, Mapbox Privacy Policy, and OpenStreetMap copyright and attribution terms. During the controlled Customer 1.0 retirement period, version 1.0 route information may be provided by Google Routes and is also subject to the Google Maps Platform Terms and Google Privacy Policy.

Free access for now

The Customer app and Masajidna's software/service for masjids are offered without a software or service charge for now. The apps contain no purchases, subscriptions, paid unlocks, or paywalls. This does not promise that future equipment, delivery, installation, or optional support will be free.

Accounts and approval

Customer features may be used without an account. Mosque administration accounts and mosque applications require review and approval. Muhkam Limited may suspend access used for fraud, abuse, unlawful content, security threats, or serious breaches of these terms.

Availability and acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass security, interfere with the service, scrape restricted data, impersonate another person or mosque, or upload unlawful or harmful content. Service availability may change during maintenance or because of events outside reasonable control.
